Mica

Mica helps you to "see" yourself more clearly; often by "mirroring" your good or bad qualities in the people around you. This helps you to recognize the characteristics or qualities in yourself that need improvement or done away with. It is also useful for Earth healing in areas that are subject to earthquakes. Mica provides for flexibility & reduces stress. The flat sheeted formation of Mica has also been used as a healing aid for dis-ease of the lungs.
