Shown here is a snappy 2" wide brim & low top crown hat skillfully covered in pure silk dupioni with a row of flowing Rooster hackle fringe draped over the crown. A double tulle blusher reaching the mouth drapes across the face for just the right amount of intrigue. A silk organza band with French net is finished off in the front of the crown with a beautiful soft feather trimmed silk Chrysanthemum that is highlighted with tiny mirrored rhinestone to catch the light.
